Production Planning Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Production Planning coordinator is to ensure that all new Customer orders are properly initiated within the overall production schedule to satisfy the commitments to all customer demands. This includes the review with management to determine commitments, job creation based on that review, the review and release of manufactured component jobs to support top level demands, and to initiate the execution of those jobs based on scheduled start dates.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, and customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
